Note this method is valid for all samsung smart phone models ( Android 4.0 ^ )

You know this is too awkward because you cannot tether your phone with Windows 7/8/8/1  32bit or 64bit.
Hm that's not your android smart phone fault!
Its the Windows, it cannot identify a proper  driver for your device, so see and learn carefully.

Step - 1
======
Connect your Samsung Galaxy Trend with your PC to mobile USB cable.
>>>>
Then turn on your tether option ( Android : Menu>Settings>Wireless Networks>Tether options )

Step - 2
======
In your Windows desktop open RUN and type "mmc devmgmt.msc" ( see the follow photo )

then you see like this window,

Then some how this windows shows "other" device category
Now you will see a device without drivers , probably named as "BCM21553-Thunderbird/RNDIS Device/Samsung Android"

Step - 3
======
Now right click on it and " Update the driver" >Select Network adapters

Now you will see list of drivers > Select " Microsoft Corporation" not Microsft ok.
Now it will show RNDIS internet sharing drivers and select it.

Now click Next > It will shows yes or no jxt click next....
Ok you are finished > if it says wanna restart just unplu the mobile from pc and restart.
After the restart when you tether your device it will coonect to internet.
Cheers.
