Ok lets start,
firstly you need
a PC ( a silly part isn't it )
Ok, once you aquired that you need a following OS to run this,
Windows 98
Windows 2000
Windows XP Sp1 /Sp2 /Sp3
Windows Vista Sp1/Sp2
Windows 7 Sp1
if you are using Windows 8 or 8.1
you need to install .NET Framework 3.5 ( includes 1.0/2.0/3.0/3.5 )
to install this goto Control panel>Programmes>Turn windows features on / off
after that put a tick on first sentence which includes .NET 3.5 package ( only in Windows 8 / 8.1 )
then click ok. After that your pc will automatically start to download .NET framework 3.5
-Size is 112MB
